Terms & risk disclosure

XFLY trades micro-cap crypto tokens automatically with real money from a wallet we hold for you. These are among the most volatile and least protected assets that exist. You can lose everything you deposit, quickly, without warning, and without any mistake on your part. Nothing on this site or in the bot is investment advice, and nothing is guaranteed. If you do not accept that, do not deposit.
What XFLY is
XFLY is an automated token-trading service operated through a Telegram bot. When you release a fly, software buys and sells tokens on public blockchains (currently Solana and Robinhood Chain) from a wallet the bot creates and controls for you, following the configuration you chose. This website is the service's public record and operator console. By depositing funds, releasing a fly, or tapping any buy button in the bot, you agree to these terms in full.
Not financial advice, not a recommendation, not a promise
We are not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, bank, or fiduciary, and we are not licensed as any of those anywhere. The Eye's calls, fly picks, cluster signals, alerts marked TESTING, and every other output are the results of automated models, published as-is. They are not recommendations to buy or sell anything. Figures labeled "modeled", "replayed", "would have" or "shadow" are counterfactual replays or simulations, not live results. Past performance, real or modeled, does not predict future results. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.
The risks, specifically
Every one of these has happened in this market. Expect them.
- Total loss. A token can go to zero in minutes. Stops and floors fire at market and cannot guarantee a maximum loss; a gap or a pulled pool can take the whole position before any exit executes.
- Rugs, honeypots and scams. Token creators can remove liquidity, block sells, mint unlimited supply, or change contract rules after you buy. Our gates — the foot-probe, provenance checks, holder analysis — reduce this risk; they cannot eliminate it, and a token that passed every check has still rugged.
- Volatility and slippage. Micro-cap prices move tens of percent in seconds. Your fill can differ materially from the alert price, the quote you saw, or the trigger level. Thin liquidity means your own order moves the price against you on the way in and on the way out.
- Automated execution. Flies act without asking. Entries, take-profit sells, floors and stops execute automatically when their conditions are met, including while you sleep. A configuration mistake is yours.
- Chasing. By the time an alert reaches you, other people have already bought. The bot refuses some late buys; it cannot catch all of them, and a refused buy is not a promise that the price would have fallen.
- Smart-money and social signals. Wallets we track can be wrong, can sell without warning, and can be trading against the followers they attract. Following them is a bet on their behaviour, not a guarantee.
- Software and infrastructure failure. Blockchains, RPC nodes, price feeds, trading venues and Telegram all fail. When they do, a fly may miss an exit, double-count, mis-price a position, or stop trading entirely. We publish and fix these incidents; we cannot prevent all of them.
- Bugs. This is software under active development. A defect in our own accounting or execution can cost you money. If you believe one has, tell us; we investigate every such report and publish what we find.
- Custody and key risk. The bot holds your trading wallet's private key. A compromise of our systems, of Telegram, or of your Telegram account could expose it. Keep only what you are actively trading in the bot.
- Network fees, MEV and venue costs. Gas, priority fees, venue fees and adverse ordering by other traders are real costs on every trade and are outside our control.
- Regulatory risk. The legal status of these tokens and of automated trading varies by jurisdiction and can change. Access may be restricted or withdrawn with little notice.
- Impostor tokens. Anyone can create a token with any name. The only genuine contract addresses are the ones published by us in the bot or on this site. A ticker alone proves nothing.
Deposit only what you can afford to lose entirely. Treat every deposit as already spent.
Custodial wallets
The bot creates and controls the trading wallet on your behalf; its private key is stored encrypted and used by our systems only to execute your configuration. You can export the key from the bot at any time and can withdraw whenever you choose, to an address you have pre-confirmed. A key you export and use elsewhere is your responsibility. Trades you make outside the bot on tokens it manages are folded into or detected by its accounting where possible, but we cannot guarantee correct bookkeeping for outside activity, and an outside sale can leave a fly holding a position it can no longer manage.
Automated execution and your controls
You choose the fly, the wingload and the exit plan; the fly does the rest at market, when its conditions are met. Execution prices depend on live liquidity and can differ materially from trigger levels. You can stand a fly down at any time in the bot; positions already open keep their exit plans unless you close them yourself. We may pause a fly, a chain, or the whole service when a venue, feed or chain is degraded, and doing so may leave positions open.
Alerts and test signals
Alerts in our channels and groups, including anything labeled TESTING, shadow, or XF-6, are experimental outputs published so the record can be judged. They are not calls to buy. A buy button under an alert is a convenience for people who have already decided to trade; it executes a real purchase with real money at the standard fee, and it can be refused when the price has already moved too far from the alert.
Fees
Trades pay the fee shown in the bot at execution time (currently 0.35% plus a flat $0.80 on entry and 0.55% on exits; the flat fee is waived below $10 notional). Fee terms are snapshotted when a position opens; changes apply only to new positions. Network and venue costs are additional. Fees are not refunded for losing trades.
The public record
The Eye's calls and their outcomes may be published, swats included, and are not retro-edited except operator-voided entries, which are disclosed. Your individual positions, balances and identity are not published; statistics are aggregated and anonymised. On-chain activity is public by nature, independent of us.
The token
Any $XFLY token is not deployed unless this site and the bot say so, with a contract address. Until then, every token using the name is an impostor. If and when a token launches, it will carry the same risks as every other token described above, and holding it will not entitle you to any share of revenue, any governance right, or any promise of value unless a later, dated version of these terms says otherwise.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted by its laws to trade digital assets. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations. Do not use the service from sanctioned jurisdictions, for money laundering, to manipulate markets, or to trade assets you are prohibited from holding. Do not attempt to attack, reverse-engineer or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, the service, or to comply with law, with or without notice.
Privacy
From the bot we collect your Telegram user ID and username, the settings you choose, and the positions and trades your flies generate. From this site we collect standard server logs. We do not collect names, emails or government identifiers, we do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data. Executing trades necessarily shares transaction data with blockchains, venue APIs and price services; Telegram handles message delivery under its own policy. Private keys are stored encrypted; exports are delivered to you in Telegram and not retained in plaintext. Trade and position records are retained for accounting integrity. To close your account, withdraw your funds and ask in the bot; we deactivate your profile and remove personal identifiers where legal and accounting obligations allow.
No warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, we and our operators are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the service, from any token, or from any failure of a chain, venue, feed or messaging platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the ninety days before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits; where that is the case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the bot and dated here. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions and reports go to the bot's support command or the comms channel linked from the bot.
